Said system is NOT TURNED ON. It just resides in the skull but your truly hears croutons crunching on both sides of the head and finger snaps at less loudness but it's there though the audio nerve is cut and voices are totally gone. Ditto tinnitus! Why is this? Quantum? Analog, who knows but asking the doc about this and he said it happens all the time.

Aside from the fact the VA was an 11!!! in every way possible!, the fact remains, is it quantum and Orch-or, the microtubule notion of intelligence happening as we speak as they are everywhere.
