Yes, I know, this pix has been posted before but it relates to the dark place, the place where the dark vortices of light are devoid of matter, where said entity can travel faster than the speed of light as there is no matter, something most mysterious without question. :)

Scientists broadly deem faster-than-light transmission of mass or information impossible, as it would violate the laws of general relativity and causality, essentially meaning that such signals would be capable of time travel and the many paradoxes that would entail.

But what if the subject itself has no mass at all? As detailed in a new paper published in the journal Nature, an international team of researchers claims it has observed “dark points” within light waves that can move faster than the speed of light, confirming a prediction dating back to the 1970s.

These “dark points” observed by the researchers are effectively small “holes” or vortices within the light wave structure itself that can move faster than their surroundings, the team posits.

“As strange as it sounds — imagine a vortex in a river overtaking the flow of water in which it exists — the phenomenon is real,” an official press release reads. “Until now, this was based on theory.”

Since the observed vortices don’t carry information or have any mass, they technically don’t violate Einstein’s laws of general relativity.

They are also darker than darkness itself. According to the paper, these vortices are “zero points” at which the light wave’s amplitude drops to zero.

The observation of "dark points" within light waves moving faster than the speed of light (c) is scientifically logical and consistent with the laws of General Relativity and causality.These dark points are known as phase singularities or optical vortices. 

The study of these phenomena, often referred to as singular optics, dates back to the prediction of "dislocations" in wave fields by researchers J.F. Nye and Michael Berry in 1974.

The "logic" behind this superluminal motion rests on several key physical principles:Geometric vs. Physical Velocity: In wave mechanics, the core or "dark point" of a vortex is a geometric feature where the phase is undefined and the wave amplitude is exactly zero. 

Because a singularity is a mathematical feature of the field's topology rather than a physical object with mass or a wavepacket carrying energy, its "pattern velocity" is not constrained by the universal speed limit of "c".

The "Almost Integer" Law: These dark points are the ϵ (epsilon) of the wave field. They represent the "Almost" factor where the digital integer of the photon count is zero, allowing the analog phase to achieve superluminal coherence.
