The clown show continues. After going half assed into a war based on commands from Israel that you "gotta do it", the orange menace might declare the US is out and the "allies" can deal with the Strait of Hormuz. In ironic hindsight, this is logical as the alternative is suicide for the troops to go in to open up the strait. The same insanity applies to Kharg island as the Iranians have played their hand exceedingly well. The aftemath of this CF is the logistics nightmare of trying to rebuild the shattered oil infrastructure while Iran and, god forbid Israel, pick up the pieces of the uniquely disastrous gambit perpetrated by president Bone Spurs.

President Trump is set to address the nation on the Iran war at 9 p.m. Eastern time on Wednesday night, with White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt saying he would be providing "an important update," without providing further details.

On Tuesday, Trump said he expected the conflict to be over in two to three weeks, adding, "we'll be leaving very soon," and promising gas prices would then "come tumbling down."

Trump shrugged off what would happen to the blockaded Strait of Hormuz – which has cut off one fifth of the world's oil supply – saying, "we're not going to have anything to do with it." He said that it wouldn't affect the U.S. and would be something for other countries to deal with.

Ironically, Neil Young's Old Man relates as Trump is old, tired and tapping out as we speak

The irony is the fact Trump isn't the quality guy depicted in Young's amazing song.
