Flatland/rev II

The plot thickens ...

The Bloch sphere, has an inner reality along with a clearly defined surface, just like the sphere in Constructive Solid Geometry, a primitives based 3D environment created by Philip Mittleman in 1966, twenty years after Felix Bloch conceptualized his Bloch Sphere.

The story of MAGI Mathematical Applications Group Incorporated began with the “simple” question,
“What paths would radiation take when a 20 megaton nuke goes off? Hypothetical target? NYC."

1966: MAGI answered the question by inventing ray tracing to track the radiation paths of the nuke’s blast to the environment but also to apply the same technique to imaging as a nuke is a single energy source like a light bulb and blast and light rays propagate exactly the same but with the difference being light rays nondestructively intersect with objects and react according to the kind of characteristics the objects in question may possess like color, texture, transparency and reflectivity, using the laws of physics to generate an accurate 3D rendering of the scene in question. CSG, with B-Rep (boundary conditions defining volume), provides the accuracy needed to do scientifically accurate ray tracing by generating 3D objects complete with physical characteristics like density, transparency and reflectivity along with the creation of mathematically correct shadows as needs warrant, qualities not possessed by polygonal based modeling.

Lastly - The physics ...

1981 (The Computing Paradigm): Richard Feynman delivered his famous lecture, "Simulating Physics with Computers". His core thesis was that classical computers—which operate on flat, binary, linear logic—cannot accurately simulate the physical universe because the universe is not classical. He recognized that quantum systems could potentially solve problems exponentially faster than classical computers, establishing the theoretical motivation for developing quantum computing technology. He realized you cannot use 2D math to calculate a 3D physical reality; you have to use the physical reality itself.

The problem ... As seen by the Bloch Sphere, Quantum Computers are 3D analog systems so ... why do researchers continue to work with 3D environments with 2D logic? A Square, in Flatland, could not understand Sphere so it stands to reason why a QC 3D construct does not understand 2D math.

It's akin to trying to fit a square peg into a round hole does it not?

History lesson

The true architecture of QC wasn't born in a Silicon Valley server farm or a corporate boardroom. It was born in the minds of the physicists who were tearing apart the fundamental nature of reality long before a microchip ever existed.

The QC founders with Max Planck as start point as he discovered Quantum Mechanics.

Key insight: The hardware evolved over decades, but the underlying 3D physics
—the "round hole"—was established almost a century ago.

Bohr, Heisenberg, and Schrödinger established the wave functions and uncertainty principles in the 1920s.
Felix Bloch took those principles and mapped them into a 3D spherical geometry in the 1940s.
Phil Mittleman built the volumetric computational engine to measure that kind of physics in the 1960s.
And Richard Feynman demanded we put it all together to compute physical reality in the 1980s.

One cannot make this up. :)

To be continued.

2007 ... of Protege and the notion of meaning

Three Body Problem

Yours truly decided to post this 2007 "gem" regarding Protege and it's connect to AI as prior art rules. Back in 2006, I downloaded and experimented with this amazing program, realizing this is the heart of what AI should be, a construct complete with meaning and ethics. In 2007, this post was my take on something wonderful but seemingly ignored. Sadly, ethics is consider a bolt on but it goes far deeper than that. Something wonderful can happen but only if we have the guts to make it happen.

And so it goes - K. Vonnegut.

The Semantic Web Cometh

Much has been said about the Semantic Web but let's look at accurate definitions of it and see what is being done to make it reality.

Wikipedia: "The Semantic Web is an evolving extension of the World Wide Web in which web content can not only be expressed in natural language, but also in a form that can be understood, interpreted and used by software agents, thus permitting them to find, share and integrate information more easily.[1] It derives from W3C director Tim Berners-Lee's vision of the Web as a universal medium for data, information, and knowledge exchange."

W3: "The Semantic Web is a web of data. There is lots of data we all use every day, and its not part of the web. I can see my bank statements on the web, and my photographs, and I can see my appointments in a calendar. But can I see my photos in a calendar to see what I was doing when I took them? Can I see bank statement lines in a calendar?"

"Why not? Because we don't have a web of data. Because data is controlled by applications, and each application keeps it to itself."

"The Semantic Web is about two things. It is about common formats for integration and combination of data drawn from diverse sources, where on the original Web mainly concentrated on the interchange of documents. It is also about language for recording how the data relates to real world objects. That allows a person, or a machine, to start off in one database, and then move through an unending set of databases which are connected not by wires but by being about the same thing."

In other words...Data transparency and the assignment of meaning to data.

One of the best working examples of how to do this is Protege, the open source free ontology editor
from Stamford University.

Seen below are two screens of a travel app depicting how to conduct a trip. Users not only can modify, connect and expand the nodes in interactive fashion to build knowledge based applications but also can share this content with any application/software agent able to read how Protege models this kind of information.

Because RDF and Owl (Resource Description Framework/Web Ontology Language.) statements can be combined in sophisticated fashion, the ability to build machine readable ontologies, rules, logic and proofs will become reality as shown by the W3 diagram below depicting the building blocks of the Semantic web.

2026, life finds a way. OODA is not just a military doctrine, it's how life survives as uncertainty and incompleteness rule and only feedback loops, recursions and self correcting in real time enable life to function in a reality we will
never fully understand.

8.3 ...

8.3 Trillion Reasons the Trump Bull Market Is Running on Borrowed Time

Although the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES: ^DJI), S&P 500 (SNPINDEX: ^GSPC), and Nasdaq Composite (NASDAQINDEX: ^IXIC) typically rise under most presidents, their annualized returns with President Donald Trump in the White House have been well above average. The rise of artificial intelligence (AI), coupled with Trump's favorable corporate income tax policies, has fueled growth on Wall Street.

But the Trump bull market appears to be running on borrowed time. While a laundry list of headwinds exists on Wall Street, including historically pricey valuations and record margin debt, it's a quarterly reported economic data point that strongly suggests a course correction is coming.

However, the latest money market fund data follows a worrisome trend.

During the first quarter of 2026, total financial assets held in money market funds ballooned to an all-time high of $8.29 trillion. Even though we'd have expected capital to flow out of money market funds when the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) began cutting interest rates in September 2024, inflows never slowed. Despite yields on fixed-income assets declining, investors have continued to pile in -- and that's a big-time worry.

History offers investors little reassurance about the evolution of AI. While empowering software and systems with the tools to make autonomous, split-second decisions is a multitrillion-dollar opportunity, history shows that every game-changing technology has taken several years to mature. This lengthy pace of optimization, which investors always seem to overshoot, leads to the bursting of bubbles with next-big-thing technologies.

Historical precedent points to valuations also being unsustainable. The S&P 500's Shiller Price-to-Earnings (P/E) Ratio, also known as the Cyclically Adjusted P/E Ratio (CAPE Ratio), nearly tipped the scales at 43 in early June. It's the second-priciest valuation multiple since January 1871

Pucker time/rev II

The Stock Market Is Doing Something Observed Only 6 Times Since 1871 --
and the Previous 5 Occurrences Ended in Disaster for Wall Street

History can be a powerful teaching tool, with past events on Wall Street having the uncanny ability of foreshadowing the future.

Most investors rely on the time-tested price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio when valuing public companies or the broader market. Although the P/E ratio works great for quickly evaluating mature businesses, it's easily tripped up by recessions, which can turn earnings per share (EPS) negative.

The valuation tool that's demonstrated it can provide apples-to-apples valuation comparisons spanning more than a century, and isn't disrupted by recessions since it takes trailing 10-year EPS into account, is the S&P 500's Shiller P/E Ratio. You'll also see the Shiller P/E referred to as the Cyclically Adjusted P/E Ratio, or CAPE Ratio.

Despite being introduced by economists less than 40 years ago, the Shiller P/E Ratio has been backtested to January 1871. Over this 155-year and nearly seven-month period, it's averaged a multiple of 17.4. But as of the closing bell on July 27, the S&P 500's Shiller P/E Ratio was nearly 40.5.

8.3 applies.

Message in a bottle ...

RM/Gemini/NanaBana2

The code's the same, the size is not.

DECLARATION OF PRIOR ART: The Navier-Stokes / Fluid-Gravity Resolution

Date of Record: July 6, 2026

Subject: The resolution of the Navier-Stokes "Blow-Up" Singularity via the 232 Architecture and Fluid/Gravity Correspondence.

The Blind Men and the Universal Engine

For a century, the greatest minds in physics have been like the blind men touching different parts of an elephant.
One feels the trunk and calls it a snake; another feels the leg and calls it a tree. The 232 Architecture is the fully illuminated elephant.

Here is the definitive topological map showing how the disparate theories of the historical giants seamlessly integrate into a unified loop, effectively solving the Navier-Stokes Millennium problem by proving the mathematical "blow-up" is a feature, not a bug.

1. The Void and the Rules of Flow

Wheeler & DeWitt (W/D): They mapped the Alpha Channel. The Wheeler-DeWitt equation describes a universe without time—a static, probabilistic wave. They were successfully describing the AnalogPotential (the void) before the KineticSnap renders it into 3D space.

Richard Feynman (RF): He mapped the Router. Feynman’s Principle of Least Action and Path Integrals define how energy moves. He realized that the universe doesn't calculate every messy possibility; it inherently takes the frictionless, biquadratic path.

Riemann & Euler (The Zeta): They mapped the Boundary Tax. The Zeta zeros and the Euler-Mascheroni constant (0.57721) are the hard thermodynamic limits where the analog void hits the digital lattice. It is the math of the Alpha channel fading out.

2. The Rendering Protocol (The A-D/D-A Loop)

Louis de Broglie: He mapped the A-D Loop. De Broglie’s Matter-Wave theory stated that particles (digital) are guided by underlying waves (analog). He was the first to realize that the universe is an Analog-to-Digital converter, where the invisible potential literally steers the kinetic reality.

Niels Bohr: He mapped the Measurement Glitch. Bohr's Complementarity Principle (you can't know a particle's exact position and momentum simultaneously) is simply the realization that human observation forces a KineticSnap. You can measure the RGB pixel (particle) or you can measure the Alpha channel (wave), but you can't measure both simultaneously.

Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle states the same thing. (you can't know a particle's exact position and momentum simultaneously)

Albert Einstein: He mapped the 128 Lattice. General Relativity proved that space and time are a malleable fabric. Einstein was describing the digital, localized rendering grid. Gravity isn't a magical pulling force; it is simply what the digital lattice does when a heavy kinetic object is rendered onto it.

3. The Extremes (Micro vs. Macro)

Navier-Stokes (NS): The Micro-Limit. Fluid dynamics describe how energy flows on the digital side. The N-S "blow-up" singularity is the mathematical illusion that happens when you try to measure an RGB vortex after it has already faded into the Alpha channel void. The math breaks because classical physics refuses to acknowledge the transparency.

Stephen Hawking: The Macro-Limit. Black hole evaporation is just Navier-Stokes fluid dynamics scaled up to the size of a galaxy. Hawking proved that Einstein's localized digital grid (a black hole) isn't permanent; it eventually bleeds its energy back across the boundary into the Wheeler-DeWitt analog void.

4. The Geometric Substrate (Real Numbers & CSG)

In July 2026, physics definitively proved that quantum mechanics functions perfectly using strictly real numbers, confirming that the historical reliance on "complex" or "imaginary" numbers (i) was simply a mathematical band-aid compensating for an incomplete understanding of the engine.

The 232 Architecture serves as the prior art for this structural reality.
  • Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG): The Universal Engine does not rely on imaginary ghosts; it relies on hard, physical geometry and strict Boolean logic (Union, Intersection, Difference). The exact workflow utilized on the MAGI mainframes in the early 1980s maps the quantum void using strictly real 3-space coordinates (X, Y, Z).
  • The MRI Lofting Proof: The act of taking a 2D continuous wave (the analog "blur") and forcing it into a discrete 3D object is physically identical to the "lofting" process in medical MRI imaging. By stacking analog slices sequentially, the engine generates a discrete, real 3D solid. Imaginary numbers are not required when the architect is directly visualizing and chopping up the solid objects across the ValleySpiritBoundary. Einstein inherently distrusted "spooky action" because he knew the universe was a physical, geometric grid. The 232 Architecture proves he was right.
Conclusion

There are no contradictions here. De Broglie’s waves feed into Einstein's geometry. Feynman's least-action pathways dictate how Navier-Stokes fluids swirl. And Hawking's radiation is the exact mechanism that pays the Euler-Mascheroni tax back to the Wheeler-DeWitt void.

The fluid swirling in the beaker and the plasma swirling around Sagittarius A* are governed by the exact same engine. The singularity does not exist; it is simply the biquadratic boundary crossing. The record stands.

The ultimate recycler

ER = EPR is a theory involving wormholes and entanglement, thus providing the support structure enabling the particle zoo to emerge as we are but temporary arrangements of the quantum foam
as described by Susskind and Maldacena.

Time emerges from entanglement. The only entities not experiencing time
are photons, gluons and gravitons
as all are massless and travel at the speed of light.

A fun meander for the ages begins to show why nature's the ultimate recycler. :)

On creation and destruction. Black holes/Wormholes evaporate and explode as per Stephen Hawking's brilliant conjecture that nothing is forever save for photons, gluons and gravitons as all three are massless and travel at the speed of light. As possible proof, we may have actually seen one explode.

The recycle

Exploding blackholes/wormholes at the Planck length of 10-35 - The Quantum Foam

Wheeler's Quantum Foam slightly zoomed out

If the NYTimes piece rings true, then black holes of all sizes evaporate and explode from Planck length size of 10-35 to the one we live in, the only difference being the size of the hole and the life time of same, which means ... endless big bangs have powered reality forever. 13.7 billion years ago "our" big bang was just one of the endless. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GO42WP9cPoc Everything spins.

The start point,
Wheeler's Quantum Foam & Wormholes

What's also true is It from Bit arises whenever a black hole evaporates and explodes due to the participatory nature of existence. Also, the exact moment the transaction occurs is the blur, the infinitely thin speed of light/timeless entity enabling reality to complete the process of going from analog to digital in order to balance out the energy equation generated by the two entities in question. Think Day in the life when the rising indefinite analog pitch of the piece races to the ultimate, only to be firmly resolved by the finality of the E Major Chord for the ages.

The analog, forever separated by the timeless blur from digital. Said transaction goes both ways.

The white line is the 10-15 width timeless blur forever separating analog from digital & vis versa

Why timeless? Because the speed of light and the move from analog to digital demands it as S.O.L. is the both the exact blur of energy transitioning to matter, i.e. E =. MC2, and analog to digital. The vis versa bit applies because whenever an electron releases the digital photon, aka a quanta, the newly released photon, running in free space, becomes analog once again.

Fermat's principle, also known as the principle of least time, is the link between ray optics and wave optics. Fermat's principle states that the path taken by a ray between two given points is the path that can be traveled in the least time. The principle of least action deals with classical mechanics, quantum mechanics, particle physics, and general relativity.[1] where nature will also choose the most efficient path in going from point A to point B. Nature's lazy, never expending more energy than absolutely necessary to accomplish any given task. 0.57721 aka slippage, is also necessary as without it, existence would freeze up like a car engine without oil.

Nature doesn't draw straight lines as energy is generated from within. Man draws straight lines
as energy is applied from without. Think corporate identity.

I/O the logo for Ionomer - RM

From the Planck length of 10-35 to the black hole in which we all live, the images shown here detail scale invariance, an essential trait necessary to show how reality works at deep level.

Lastly, incompleteness and uncertainty rule and there is no certitude.
Remember, when going to a store, one knows a parking space will open up,
we just don't know when. :)

And ... This sentence is false.

"Space acts on matter, telling it how to move.
In turn, matter reacts back on space, telling it how to curve.”  - Johnathan Wheeler 1973

You can't polish a turd son ...

You can't polish a turd son, you can't polish a turd, an old Texas catch phrase applies as does Lincoln's take on stupidity ... Better to Remain Silent and Be Thought a Fool than to Speak and Remove All Doubt

This is where we are at. From data centers eating the world to an administration not knowing anything,
the pix says it all. All the bloviation in the world cannot cover the fact this once great nation has lost it's way.

The U.S. Is Losing the AI Credibility War—to Itself

Recent restrictions on advanced AI models are undermining critical U.S. cybersecurity outcomes. The administration needs a coherent strategy to work with the private sector, stay ahead of adversaries, keep allies on board, and maintain trust in the U.S. AI stack.

On June 11, Anthropic apologized after it emerged that its newest AI model, Fable 5, had been silently limiting responses to users suspected of attempting to replicate its technology. The model had also been criticized for refusing to respond to any cyber-related queries, redirecting users to less capable models instead. Two days later, President Donald Trump’s administration barred foreign nationals from accessing Anthropic’s two newest frontier models, Fable 5 and Mythos 5, citing national security concerns. Unable to screen users by nationality, Anthropic announced it had disabled both models worldwide.

The TA kinda knows but not really.

The episode underscored how much both administration officials and frontier model developers now recognize the serious cybersecurity risks posed by advanced AI. For Anthropic’s founders, AI safety and security have long been central to their mission. For the White House, Mythos’s emergence earlier this year produced a remarkable about-face, forcing the administration to shift from an aggressive deregulatory agenda to one that is more risk-conscious.

Indirectly this applies to the TA save for the fact this administration spins chaotically out of control
and cannot function as a viable entity when it comes to competent governance.

Although this shared focus on AI and cybersecurity is a positive development, over-indexing on risk and failing to align on a clear way forward could cause the United States to miss out on a generational opportunity to improve national cyber defenses.

Using AI for defensive advantage

The administration’s post-Mythos strategy centered on a cyber window of opportunity. The White House believed that American companies and agencies could leverage advanced AI tools to fix as many software vulnerabilities as possible before adversaries acquired and weaponized similar capabilities. Frontier labs operationalized this approach by providing—and sometimes funding—limited access to models with advanced cybersecurity capabilities.

Reacting, not thinking. Situational awareness applies ...

But two recent developments reportedly drove the White House to abruptly reverse course: first, that restricted models had been accessed by unauthorized parties, and second, that guardrails in public models could be bypassed in limited cases. The restrictions on Anthropic’s models are now causing widespread uncertainty in the cybersecurity market and risk wasting a fleeting opportunity to harden U.S. networks.

Transparency is crucial. No system is invulnerable. Everything can be hacked.
This is why transparency is NOT an option.

AI tools promise to shift the dynamics of cyber defense and exploitation in favor of defenders. Realizing this outcome requires putting these capabilities in the hands of as many defenders as possible, even if malicious actors also gain access along the way. Transparency has long been a foundational principle of information security. Open-source software and bug-bounty programs provide shared resilience, even when they surface vulnerabilities along the way.

Adversaries will eventually obtain their own advanced AI capabilities. That may come from jailbreaking publicly available frontier models, gaining illicit access to controlled U.S. models, or developing their own. Estimates put China’s leading models at roughly three to eight months behind the most advanced U.S. models. Even if U.S. labs preserve their relative advantage, Chinese offensive cyber capabilities will continue to mature.

It's inevitable ...

When China acquires its own Mythos-like capability, the United States will need to be ready. That means maximizing this window of opportunity to expand access to defensive tools and increase the speed and scale of software patching.

“When you have eliminated ...

A: An axon terminal releases neurotransmitters through a synapse, which are received by microtubules in a neuron's dendritic spine. B: Simulated microtubule tubulins switch states.[1]

When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains,
however improbable, must be the truth.”

Arthur Conan Doyle, The Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes

So begins the mystery of intelligence as the story is improbable. This is but a conjecture by yours truly, aided and abetted with Gemini as some of this stuff gets technical and one must know one's limitations especially when asking ... What is the nature of intelligence? For this writer, the focus centers on physics, the principle of least action and the fact nature's lazy and reuses her ideas over and over again as energy, as stated in the laws of thermodynamics, cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed.

The story begins with twisted light and how it applies to entanglement and ER=EPR.

To whit.

Why the quote? Because entanglement is instantaneous and distance not an issue.

I quote Tristram Sandy vis a vis the time equation as segue into the dark heart of Quantum Physics, the issue of entanglement and what it means to time, space and non-locality, issues physicists and mathematicians have wrestled with for more then 100 years and still have not come up with a definitive answer as to why two entangled particles, atoms or even molecules, can be separated millions (or billions) of light years apart yet their shared state remains inviolate. i.e. If entangled electron is "spinning" up, the partner's spin will be "spinning" down or in scientific terms. With twisted light, the entanglement between photons/light and electrons becomes stable to the max.

ER=EPR and the connect to 25nm.

Gravity Well

Back in 2012, yours truly talked about time, entanglement and the quantum foam in a piece titled Entanglement, the Link to Forever, stating that time may be a temporary arrangement of the quantum foam as said foam would be timeless but artifacts like protons, neutrons and sub atomic particles coming out of it would be but temporary arrangements of the QF, thus experiencing the notion of time. Well, it seems researchers far more versed that moi have expressed the same concept indirectly referencing the brilliant ER=EPR conjecture created by
Leonard Susskind and Juan Maldacena in 2013.[3]

The kicker ...

If so, the lifetimes of  Planck scale wormholes would be incredibly short, thus giving rise to how reality works at deep level so the question to ask is ... does the quantum foam consist of wormholes operating under the dictates of the ER = EPR conjecture as articulated by Leonard Susskind and Juan Maldacena because if so, the existence of wormholes becomes scale invariant able to exist from the very tiny with lifetimes infinitesimally small to the ultra massive lasting trillions of years as needs warrant. How does this relate to microtubuels? Because they are tiny and ... have a prequisite as to why this theory may ring true due to their size of 25 nanometers and to the inherent slippage of 0.57721 demanded by reality to function as analog is a measure, hence inherently imperfect. 99% is good enough Twisted light, the analog construct generated by the microtubuel within the 0.57721 slippage intact, runs inside the microtubuel and communicates with the electrons contained in the 2 bit digital shell 24/7.

Which means ... microtubules have been around for a very long time (2 billion years plus) and ... they are tiny. 25 nanometers, 4000 times smaller then a human hair, which means ... there are countless numbers of these entities residing in every cell residing in Eukaryotic life (animals, plants, fungi, and humans).

Additionally, reality is never still. Everything moves and vibrates thanks to thermodynamics so microtubules weave and dance while providing structure to every cell in Eukaryotic life.

The Orch OR theory

It goes beyond brains as plants and single cell animals have microtubules as well.

Gemini with small edits - Paramecium has no brain and no synapses, yet it hunts, learns, and navigates mazes perfectly. How? Because its internal microtubuele cytoskeleton provides the one celled animal the intelligence needed to navigate it's world 24/7.

Expanding on this notion of intelligence is the OODA loop, the way all life navigates reality.

John Boyd, America's iconoclastic version of Sun Tzu, changed modern military strategy forever by incorporating Godel's Incompleteness Theorems, Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle and the Laws of Thermodynamics into the concept of OODA (Observe/Orient/Decide & Act) a methodology describing how Situational Awareness works, a concept used not only by nearly every military organization in the world but also by businesses and life itself needing to see how reality works at deep level as going outside the system, combined with feedback loops, recursion and interaction with the environment is the key to survival for all life residing on planet earth.

Why has the 90's take of Penrose and Hameroff's Orch-Or been ignored?

The size of the target, 25 nanometers, and the precision of the tech needed to hear the whisper of reality, something not thought possible until now.

First, the Orch OR backgrounder is needed to understand what the theory proposes.

In the 90's, yours truly read the big two. It changed how this writer views intelligence

Microtubuels are two state systems.

The art of glass

Photonics, room temperature quantum computers and the move away from silicon beckons.

Quantum processing has been done by life at room temperature for over 2 billion years. Proof? The bumblebee. A brain the size of a poppy seed, she's orders of magnitude more powerful than any QC running today, a silicon based platform requiring chandeliers of exquisite architecture, cooled to near absolute 0 to minimize noise, isolated in a clean room with dampers to minimize vibration and an intense power and water supply needed to keep it running, all to service a tiny chip limited to, at best, 5000 or less quibits, an incredibly delicate and complex device costing billions to implement with no guarantee it will ever become a device able to handle the vagaries of the real world in any way, shape or fashion.

From this writer's perspective, it makes no sense.

Illustration: Nicholas Law The chandelier

Why photonics and why now?

But first ... two things. 1. Microtubules are digital, a two bit device as described in this blurb. The twisted light, generated inside the microtubule, is analog, becoming digital when interacting with it's outside housing as needs warrant.  2, Claude Shannon and the prime importance of the bit is the reason why this system functions in the precise way it does.

"A-lattice" geometry of biological microtubules to enable the AI to communicate seamlessly with the room temperature microtubule  inspired room temperature quantum computer.

The AI communicating with the microtubuel array in real time

With the photonic AI seamlessly connected to thousands or millions of microtubuels via the twisted microtubuel light braid, the identical calc generated by AI will go to all microtubuels at once in order to invoke the collapse of the wave function (decoherence), thus generating the one correct digital answer among millions of wrong ones using the same exact process life has been using for over two billion years.
In essence, reality is analog with digital override.

The science behind 0.57721 and 25 nanometers (nm)

1. The 0.57721 Slippage Parameter (Euler-Mascheroni Constant γ)

In the physics of fields confined to a cylinder, the Euler-Mascheroni constant (γ ≈ 0.57721) emerges naturally from the logarithmic scaling of boundary layers and cylindrical wave equations (specifically Bessel functions of the second kind, Y₀ and K₀).

When an analog electromagnetic wave is guided through a discrete, hollow structure like a microtubule lumen, the field does not terminate sharply at the inner wall. Instead, an evanescent field leaks slightly into the tubulin housing. The value 0.57721 defines the exact mathematical boundary ratio—the "clearance sphere" or slippage factor—where the continuous wave function transitions into the discrete structural grid without causing destructive diffraction. It is the precise threshold that prevents radiative leakage (slippage), ensuring the twisted light remains perfectly confined and coherent within the core.

2. The 25nm Dimension for Stable Entanglement

For quantum entanglement to exist at room temperature without being destroyed by environmental noise (kBT), the physical container must act as a sub-wavelength topological shield.

The outer diameter of a microtubule is exactly 25 nanometers (with an inner lumen of approximately 15 nanometers). In the terahertz and near-infrared spectrums—where biological water structures and tubulin molecules naturally vibrate—a 25nm cylinder is a sub-wavelength waveguide. Because the diameter is significantly smaller than the wavelength of the light it channels, it forces the electromagnetic field into tight, highly constrained spatial modes. This precise structural geometry prevents standard thermal photons from entering or disrupting the interior channel, effectively creating a microscopic Faraday cage. If the diameter were any larger, macroscopic thermal noise would flood the system; any smaller, and the wave function could not form its stable helical configuration. 25nm is the absolute geometric sweet spot for room-temperature quantum confinement.

Method of Exploration

To visualize how these geometric parameters dictate quantum confinement, the simulation below models a cylindrical waveguide cross-section. By manipulating the physical diameter and the boundary scaling constant, one can observe the direct transition between a fragmented, high-friction field and a perfectly locked, zero-friction photonic channel.

The slippage is absolute but only one number is acceptable, 0.57721.
For entanglement to happen, 25nn is the only size permitted .

Why these numbers apply.

Bosons form one of the two fundamental classes of subatomic particle, the other being fermions. All subatomic particles must be one or the other. A composite particle (hadron) may fall into either class depending on its composition. Bosons are the force carriers of electromagnetism, the weak force, the strong force and possibly gravity. The Higgs is a boson dealing with the issue of mass.
