And so it begins, defy the courts, question the legitimacy of allowing the press access to the White House to report on the Trump Administration in order to ramp up the need to declaring a national emergency due to the fact false news is compromising national security 24/7. Why? Because a blood bath is in store for the repugs at the midterms with Trump's approval rating now tanking at 32%.

The Secret Service confiscated a POLITICO reporter's press pass Thursday morning despite a federal judge’s decision hours earlier that a media ban appeared to violate the constitutional due process rights of three outlets whose White House access has been revoked.

A POLITICO reporter was denied access to the White House Thursday and his press credentials confiscated after a judge ordered the Trump administration overnight to immediately restore access for news organizations that President Donald Trump banned from the complex last week.

The move comes after POLITICO, CNN and MS NOW reporters were barred from entering the complex and had their passes seized on Saturday. U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly granted a temporary restraining order early Thursday morning mandating that the administration restore the organizations’ access for at least two weeks while further litigation plays out.
