Why this happens is the fact reality is fractal, scale invariant, something incredible but true beyond reasonable doubt.

This goes deeper as the 232 Attosecond blur connects analog to digital in ways finally resolving the differences Bohr had with Einstein because complementarity rules as existence requires both quantum and relativity in order to function. Quantum is analog, a wave, where everything's in play while relativity is digital, the snapshot, where the fuzziness of quantum is frozen into a shared existence able to be experienced by all, a condition endlessly being refreshed every 232 attoseconds, the ultimate motion blur of motion blurs. :)
